OUR STORY
We opened our doors in the summer of 2000 with a simple philosophy, to use the best ingredients we could find, do as little to them as possible and leave the quality and flavor of the product to shine. Our recipes are inspired by the best in Italian and American comfort food and also and by our ‘Nona’, who’s kitchen was always filled with the wonderful aromas of hanging herbs, stewing tomatoes and baking bread. We bring “Italo-American Home Cooking” into the heart of Manhattan.
And as Nona would say “It’s not just good food that makes a party cara, you need the great cocktails, the good music and a little passion to stir the soul” Pazza Notte is our home, and when a guest stops by for a visit we always offer a warm welcome, food made with love, great music, flavorful cocktails and genuine hospitality.
It’s been 21 years since we fired up the brick oven and made our first thin crust pizza on 6th avenue, it has been the culinary adventure of a life time. Here’s to another 20 year of Marvelous Food, Martinis & Memories.
